Hi, I’m Dan Hand.

Dan Hand is a passionate music manager. With over 14 years in the music business, he has professional experience in management, marketing, tour managing and A&R at both independent and major record labels, there’s nothing Dan can’t handle. His involvement has culminated in gold records, millions of streams, Juno award nominations, music video awards, partnerships with labels, touring around the globe, among many other professional and personal accomplishments.

When he isn’t giving it all working with his clients, he’s a proud father and family man, and can usually be found drinking the tallest coffee, listening to records and/or geeking out over guitar pedals.

Dan takes a proactive client first approach to management. The core of everything he does is based around each client’s individual goals, needs and expectations. Understanding that no two artists walk the same path has been a key component to his decade plus success.

Having experience in A&R at Universal Music Canada, he understands the importance of collaboration, the crucial role(s) each member brings to the creative team, and the organizational measures to put it all together. Dan has an expertise for putting the right people in the right rooms and building promising opportunities, this is where his aid to creativity shines.

When he isn’t giving it all working with his clients, he’s a proud father and family man, and can usually be found drinking the tallest coffee, listening to records and/or geeking out over guitar pedals.
